The days of Selling your home by just listing it on MLS are over. Marketing your home takes dedication and commitment from your Realtor® to make sure you optimize the most eyes are on your listing as possible.

My REDEFINED MARKETING SERVICE is based on a number of calculated steps and is my commitment to you. I have committed myself financially to make sure I offer an elite listing package that is completely included in my service to you:

1. Traditional Marketing – As soon as you list your home with me, I will enter your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database. Other agents can immediately access your property information online using their Computer, Tablet, or Smartphone. This is an important first step into getting your new listing visible to potential Buyers, but it is only the first step.

2. Photography & Videography – I have committed myself to find one of the best local professional photographers in our industry. They produce the highest quality photography and videography available. The results are stunning and guarantee to catch the eye! We use these professionally edited photographs and videos to create a comprehensive marketing strategy that is included as a baseline service for all my customers.

3. Social Media – Today’s world is connected more than its ever been. Buyers generally are connected to at least 1 of the main social media platforms and keep in touch with friends, family, and businesses through these platforms. I stay current with Facebook & Instagram and I’m involved daily with both of them. I will design and create advertisements of your listing and I will pay for advertisement on Facebook and Instagram to market your home to targeted demographics that make sense. 4. Communication – One of the biggest complaints I hear in our industry is wrapped around the lack of communication with the client. I pride myself on the relationships I build with my clients and communication is a huge part of this process. I will be in consistent contact with you and will report any feedback that comes up. I will be working for you every step of the way to make sure that you get the highest possible price for your home in the shortest period of time.
