Working with Ben has been a great experience for us and our family. Our experience with Ben was amazing. We listed our house for sale with Ben last spring after it's been on the market for quite some time. Ben took time to listen to our story and to carefully review the list of all house upgrades. He also did a very thorough market analysis. Along with that Ben worked with the best professionals who took fantastic pictures of the place and ensured the house was listed on time and that the listing was accurate right the first time.

He wrote the best description of the house which precisely highlighted the best features of it.  Of course we instantly had multiple showings which were easy to keep track of, thanks to Ben's great organizational skills. I met Ben through hockey 17 years ago. He was a great teammate and leader then and that carries through to today. Working with Ben was a fun experience! He never put pressure on us and helped guide us through the sale and purchase of our homes. We knew we would have a tough time selling our 4-plex unit because of the market, but Ben was able to get it sold for a price we were happy with.

Ben went above and beyond for us in selling our home in a very tough market where lots of the inventory has been sitting for extremely long periods of time. Purchasing a new home and selling your current place is a stressful experience.  I was so pleasantly surprised with Ben.  I was expecting an agent who only cared about making the deal and would say anything to make it happen.  Ben was calm and did not use any of the high pressure tactics that I was dreading.  Ben was available for a quick text or call at any time of the day throughout the entire buying and selling process.  He was well informed, straightforward and patient. Ben was very patient with us. We had Ben engaged for about a year and a half prior to our purchase and sale. We were receiving all new listings in specific areas with certain criteria, and more often than not, went and viewed these new listings.
